UNC Pediatrics is a 5,500 square foot pediatric clinic located in the first phase of medical office buildings at Southpoint Professional Center in Durham, NC. The suite houses thirteen exam rooms, a procedure room, an on‐site laboratory, as well as offices for four physicians and several nursing staff. Special care was given to use products that would hold up to a child and teen clientele.
